Shumani Mashambe "Stunning service"

I would like to start of to say Thank You!! Shumani Mashamba for the best service I received to date from King Price, I am not saying this because she was able to save me money on my premium during COVID 19, but she was just an ease and a start to work with, she was assisting me with something new, relieve during the lock down, but she was confident in her feedback and when she was not sure about an answer, she informed me, she did not make up something to move on, I honestly think that she can achieve greatness, with the simple but humble approach, while she was waiting on the system, we conversed about what we are going through during the lock down, she made me feel welcomed and cared for, Shume also told me in a jokey way that she is 12 years old, after we figured out the the 27th was a holiday on the day we voted and she was not born at the time, anyway, again, Thank you Shumi, for the great assistance, keep up the good work, I wish you all the best going forward and I hope that writing this is not something you want to brag about, but it will give personal satisfaction, I do hope that King Price recognizes your ethic, hard work, commitment and a great listening s****, thank you, stay safe and have an amazing day further, I just have to mentioned that after all this, you managed to get me a saving of about 50% on my premium during these times, Thank you again, regards Travor
