<p>This is just to notify that i was professionally assisted by Geraldine Jordan regarding my policy with them. I wanted to cancel my policy due to their increased rate but she managed to reduce my montly premiun to the most affordable amount and the way she handled the matter over the phone made me change my mind completely and i dont think i will ever think of cancelling ever again. She also advised me to always consult with her first for anything that doesnt sit me well before considering cancellation.</p>
