Shocking treatment from King Price

My car was authorised for repairs on 18 May 2023.

King Price took my car to their Autobody of choice. Until now my car is not yet fixed.

I tried to lodge a complaint but could not get assistance.

It's almost there for three full months without getting feedback.

I have been insured with King Price since 2014, this treatment is shocking.

I even visited their offices to explain my frustration but I am not getting my car fixed. I am drained and emotionally tired with calls and emails I am making and sending without assistance.

I am considering taking my car and send it to Autobody of my choice.
