Shocking - insurance excuses

<p>At Joanne Hammond, King Price</p> <p> </p> <p>Though many colleagues advised me not to go with King Price insurance I still opted to, and now I understand why I got the warnings.</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone call with you yesterday, was very unsettling for a number of reasons I will list my biggest grievances only;</p> <p> </p> <p>· You confirmed in your call that my vehicle has been written off and then proceeded to say that the assessment had not been finalised ?</p> <p>· You could not provide the insured value of my vehicle “because the value decreases every month” and you could not provide the previous months value ?</p> <p>· You wanted to know if I was working with my car at the time of my accident ?</p> <p>· You questioned my previous comprehensive cover ?</p> <p> </p> <p>So, before getting a final assessment of the damage to my vehicle KING PRICE was already looking for all types of excuses not to pay me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this Treating Clients Fairly?</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid my premiums every month and I expect KING PRICE to fulfil your obligation.</p>
