ShocKing Insurance Billing

In May 2018, i was reviewing Insurance providers.

I then got to speak to an advisor at King Insurance and he advised how King Insurance worked. He sent me the documentation but then i decided not to join King Insurance. However, at the end of May 2018, i had a deduction from King Insurance for insurance I DID NOT TAKE. I phoned the advisor and they only refunded the R470 not the R280 admin fee. I let it slide.

Fast forward end June 2018, and i have another deduction for R470, but i still have not joined King Insurance. And now i doubt if I ever will.

I would like the refund to my account done immediately for both the R470 and the R280. I am appalled at this **** service because i DONT EVEN BELONG to King Insurance and they are billing me for this insurance that I don’t have.

Im starting to think I should just change bank accounts as this might be easier.

Please refund my money asap. I did not give permission for this deduction.
