Shocking in Lack of Professionalism

I took out a commercial insurance on my bakkie , and when sent for inspection at Autoboys in Milner Street, Autoboys failed to send the inspection report. When u contacted King Price Insurance they guarantee to get back to be asap. Three weeks later 8 followed up and and both King Price and Autoboys gave me the run around, eventually it got sorted out.

Then today I contacted King Price Insurance via the whatsapp portal I was assured that a person from there Commercial section would contact me , what I got was a customer care person tell me that I can't insure the vehicle with that section , I told him I asked for Commercial, but that fell on deaf ears.

I asked for a Senior manager to phone me, still waiting , no Surprise.
