Sharks and *******

Not impressed I had insurance with the for 5 months and all was going well. I then needed to change the primary driver and add a second car.

Oh my gosh what a nightmare. Got a quote considered it and wanted to go forward. The new agent I spoke to had no clue about the quote done previously. If that was not bad enough both agents tried to sweep under the rug that they were going to put the excess on the car at 50% of the cars value to decrease the premium... I mean that is ridiculous.

It then became clear that they were no amending my initial cover no they were creating a brand new cover so they could get the commission.

Further a bicycle drove into our bumper and even though we elected not to claim they charged an additional R17 every month... for a minor bicycle bump!

If all of that was not enough this agent Sizwesethu Makama then had the ordasity it email me asking for a good review on Hello Peter

So I am writing this review but it certainly is not a good one
