SHAME ON YOU - KING PRICE INSURANCE!

My son's car was broken into two weeks ago at the Pirates Bowling Club, and his Apple Mac laptop, his Canon camera and Canon lens and his camera bag were ******, along with a friend's camera lens. My son checked his car for damage from a forced entry but could find none, not realising that he opens his car with a remote control, i.e. he does not use a key to gain access to the car. He went to Linden Police Station the following morning to make a statement. While there, another gentleman came into the police station to also report the theft of his laptop and cell phone. The coincidence being, that his home was next door to Pirates Bowling Club and the theft was on the same evening! My son reported that he could not see any damage to his car WHICH KING PRICE INSURANCE LATCHED ONTO LIKE DOGS! After discussing the theft with colleagues at work, someone suggested that he check his actual key hole, and indeed - THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED!!! However, KING PRICE REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS EVIDENCE, even though my son has since gone back to the police station to make a SWORN AFFIDAVIT that his key hole has been damaged. The car is new and was serviced 6 months ago. Of course, KING PRICE INSURANCE has found the loophole they always look for, and has refused to pay for the lost camera and lens! Thank goodness the other equipment was insured elsewhere and has been taken care of. AS FOR THEIR STUPID SLOGAN ABOUT GIVING THEIR CLIENTS THE "ROYAL TREATMENT!" PLEASE, KING PRICE INSURANCE IS JUST ANOTHER DISGUSTING COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR HARDWORKING, TRUSTING CLIENTS. SHAME ON YOU - KING PRICE INSURANCE!
