Shady tactics to charge more

Do not ever insure yourself with this company, they have shady tactics, when you add additional cover with them, they will quietly remove other covers you have with them and charge you a higher price making it seem like you are getting a discount with them. I phoned for a kings cab and got told my cover was removed, like wow, I'm supposed to enjoy my life exactly how because a company decides on their own to remove cover surely if I added something, I know for a fact that I will want to use it at some point in my life but no, King price needs to dictate how customers live their life, I phoned their contact center and they said their senior manager would contact me, half an hour later, still no call, I will be canceling my insurance with this shady company and moving to a better insurer as soon as their call centre opens (another company that lives in the past with call centers open only during business hours in a digital age)
