Settlement claim still not paid out!!

33 days and counting...after my car was ******, and the settlement of loss was finalised, King Price has still not paid me our my vehicle finance company out. They waited for the vehicle settlement letter to expire, then went radio silent. After multiple calls, they realise the settlement letter expired and requested a new settlement letter. unbelievably poor service, a dont care attitude, a level of communication where i feel like i am disempowered, and constantly chasing up on something that is my due and my right. Craig Visagie is clueless, and clearly has no interest in settling my claim as quickly as possible. as a result of the settlement letter expiration, i now qualify for a lesser payout. I have lost money because of the incompetence of King Price staff. Ryno Swanepoel- had a good experience with him, and not sure how he fits into the picture. Worst service possible. i currently have another vehicle insured by King Price, and will be transferring to another insurer as soon as possible. i will never use King Price again.
