Serviced by an Arrogan Senior Consultant

I had an unpleasant experience with King Price Insurance recently. After an impasse that to me switching to another insurer, the senior retentions officer was so unprofessional! After I told him that I am switching to Naked insurance on account of their competitive premiums, his words were “but that’s a horrible company and people are complaining about it.” I am a service provider myself, therefore I’m very sensitive to being given bad service. I want that senior consultant to be brought forth and to say whether King Price Insurance retains clients by saying horrible things about their competitors.

As the situation stands, I will never recommend King Price Insurance to anyone because the broker service is extremely poor and their senior consultants are very arrogant
