**** service yet again

So my fridge is not cooling at all, analyses by there assessor was done found by him to be a blocked pipe , not sure how this was established as he based this of previous issues without analyses, now king price informs me I will have to pay for the maintenance of the item, I want to cancel my insurance all together with king price , was not send the senate report by insurance or the assessor that is strange, also the checking of the fridge took 4 minutes at best with no tools opening anything on the fridge, just feeling with hands. I can rather use my insurance money going forward then deal with insurance like this .
