<p>On the 11/10/2016 was involved in a car accident was helped by someone from the call center. When I called in ealier was not in a good state did not hear the call center agent property. Later on that day I called in and was assisted by Samantha Feiling (from claims) she explained everything and did all my requests and she was super friendly. I really appreciate her help. She gave me a world class service. Thanx a lot. </p>
