Service Sucks - Promises Not Kept
Couldn't give 0 .... went from 100% to 0%. What started as a great experience ended very badly - "unable" to process my refund (despite promises to do so) and then change the T&C's around processing the refund every time I make an enquiry ........ what a shame you couldn't live up to your great service you started out with - thankful to end this business relationship even without the refund processed
