Would just like to recommend King Price to who ever is looking for insurance or to change over. The service I received was impeccable from Juan Pierre who took a very bad situation and turning it around in a way that has helped me in a huge way. Money was debited from my account R250 more than what was meant to obviously leaving a sour taste in my mouth for King Price as a whole as one can imagine especially as I just had a new born money is tight! never the less once Juan Pierre got the all facts has sorted things out for getting the money paid back, and my instalment has dropped quite considerably. And with me going under debt counselling recently due to retrenchment I was endanger of losing my insurance with them all together but he promised to fight for me to still be covered with them as I was honest and up front and I had a good Profile. Thank you Juan Pierre and King Price Team for making a difference in my life.. see guys its not all about the Money with this Company. Customer Satisfaction CHECK!!!!!!
