Service review
I initially struggled to get through to anyone to assist me in updating policy information (which I previously gave but wasn't added for who knows what reason). I was assisted by Miguel Haasbroek who was very professional, helpful and efficient. I have to pay an additional once-off "admin" fee though for something which was not my fault.
