Service received in processing my theft claim.
I would like to appreciate King Price claims department for their quick turnaround times in processing my claim. The service I received from Mr. Mlungisi Gumede, a loss adjustor who got assigned to my claim was outstanding to say the least. The level of professionalism and empathy he displayed was unmatched, all of this with so much patience. He would literally drive from Pretoria to Rooderpoort to collect certain information. Thank you King Price and Mr Gumede for making my bad experience so bearable.
