Service Received!!!

I had the delightful pleasure of speaking to what was probably the best call centre agent to date. a Miss Shaakirah Choonara from King Price Insurance. She had assisted me from A-Z and the 0-9's as well with updating my policy, adding additional requirements for me and informing me of alternative products provided. It is not always a welcoming feeling having to call a call centre but for this day i was pleased that i did so. Thank you for providing a customer experience that is more than satisfactory and very friendly.
