I would like to shower my outmost appreciation to Mr Tebogo Motaung; for the outstanding service; courtesy and willingness to actually make a difference. Throughout my entire life, I've never been so humbled by the excellent service provided telephonically. Such services are only experienced at the taking up of financial products (When a product is being sold to a client); and not for existing clients. Today my day was made not because of what he had to offer but by how he actually presented himself with eagerness to make my day and make a difference.
