SERVICE PAR EXCELLENCE!!!

It is not very often that we compliment an action/attitude of a call centre employee and I thought that this post was the LEAST I could do, after my interaction with Amanda Erasmus from King Price. I called in to obtain clarity on some aspect of my policy and IMMEDIATELY I was really made to feel like royalty, once this courteous, professional, skilled & understanding person (Amanda), commenced with my enquiry. NOT only did she assist me with a reduction of my 'excess amount' payable (WITHOUT an increase in my premium!); she also drew my attention to some 'omission' in my cover, advised on the matter & sorted it out, on the turn. All of this was executed with the pleasantness and a sense of 'caring' (without compromising the high degree of professionalism, I might add!) of a well-meaning 'elder sister'. So, by making that call, I got my property adequately & correctly insured AND got my 'excess amount' reduced, at no extra cost to myself - I swear I could sense Amanda's \service with a smile\" attitude: something in itself worthy of praise in this day and age.
