service lacking

my wife had a not at fault , claim in aprill, after receiving awfull service from the claims advisor, i decided to let it go and move on, further to that we have had no updatyes on the excess recovery process even though the other party did confrim that she was at fault , i left it two months later i recievd a renewal document stating thta my premuims will go up , the increaew was through the roof , i then though it was because of the claim and then phone the retentions department to review the increase took of some stuff and come to a premuim conclusion that was ok. then not even two months later i got another renewal notification so a double whoper,I phoned king price and asked to speak to retentions to ask why i am getting another increase , so this was two increases in one year , i was just told sory actuaries advised it is because of the one claim . i didnt have time to sort it out so i left it .

now I phoned on thursday to remove a vehicle and see what we can due regarding the premuim, i was told the getz was removed and I will recive my documents proofing that it has been removed - I have not recived the documents as yet, and dont know if it is removed or not. the advisor , said that he will call me back that day as he needs to discusse this with his manager, I have not recieved a call back as yet.

not happy with the service , and if this is not sorted I think I will strat looking for other inusrance.
