We had a incident and the damage was +-R 40 000 our excess was R23000 I told King Price that the excess was high and we will do a Cash & Leu claim.After fixing the car for R12850 and submitting all documents to King Price the claim was closed with out any refund, really poor as we were told that is the claim is less that the excess the repair cost wil be refunded.
