**** service from King Price

Very poor service I got from King Price, I was ****** my watch reported it to them. First they couldn’t call me as I explained to them that the units is depleted on my phone, after spending more than 20min. I was finally helped, they advised me so long I must report the matter to the police station which I did. 24hours later none of them called me to tell me how far are they with my claim. I mean to start with they should be giving me an update, but they are all quite I was the one calling them. Running after them, I didn’t think that’s the service that they will give me that’s very ****. How long does it take to update a client with his claim? Especially after he lost his personal belongings?
