Service excellence
I was assisted by Mxolisi Mdunyelwa this morning. Oh what a royal treatment he gave me. He conducted himself proffessionally, explained the requirements and the TnCs to me, with patience and without a rush. He even went an extra mile with connecting me to the claims department as I couldn't get feedback on my claim. IF only we could encounter consultants like you, we would all be happy customers... Thank you
