Service Beyond Impressive
My experience of business and customer service at King Price is beyond words.
I am a self employed South African - barely making ends meet. My heart almost skipped a beat when Simon Scott resolved my query and request with ease and business ettiquette.
For me he raised the bar beyond the chase for sales and profit that business is known for. He did not give me the ran around the notorius 'fine print' that business, especially insurance, is known for.
On the contrary, my query and request was handled with such heart-to-heart connection that is still beyond words to express. Nogal in South Africa!
