This is specific to a great service provided to me when shopping for insurance. I received a great service from Mogomotsi Thipe. He managed to retain me as I was about to cancel the insurance with King Price. I was so happy with the service I ended up adding another cover. He was very friendly, patient, understanding, experienced and displayed a lot of professionalism with how he answered all the questions I posed to him.
