I'd like to compliment Shohana Wickwar on her outstanding customer service. I called in just to query my premium and she offered to see if she could better my rate! Not only did she reduce my premium, but she cut my excess down by R2000! She was friendly, courteous and she is an asset to King Price! Well done Shohana.
