Service and care unlike any experience from an insurance company

Yesterday was my third time in 2 years that I had to claim from King Price (this time for a tow-in due to mechanical failure on the car) and I had the best interaction ever with Nobukosibake Magwa. She promptly assisted us to get a tow-in truck to where the breakdown occurred and even then trying 3 times to get hold of me to just make sure that the breakdown truck reached us. She was really caring and even followed up later to check whether we are okay and that our car reached the towing destination.

That level of care I have not encountered at ANY other insurance company. Well done King Price and Nobukosibake Magwa for your fantastic service.
