SELF INSPECTION PROBLEM

I have had good experience with King Price. But today I have difficulty in doing a self inspection of my newly acquired vehicle. The App is supposedly installed, but it just wants to chat. I'm not into chatting on the internet. I just want to self-inspect and get it over and done with. The inspection centre is too far from Jeffreys Bay to make it 'worthwhile' travelling to PE.

Please make it more user friendly and route the chatting to somewhere else.
