Scratch & dent cover
I'm certainly not impressed by your scratch and dent cover. I submitted a claim for R1400 (30% of my monthly premium) on Thursday (24/10/19). I have had zero feedback from Charmaine Hamon from GRSA despite my daily request for feedback. If this is the service you offer for such a minor claim, I shudder to think what a mission it would be should I have a major claim. Unfortunately outsourced service providers like GRSA are tarnishing your name.
