Scratch and Dent department
They need to review and look closer at their scratch and Dent department, after submitting a claim for my cars side mirror, it was rejected due to it being an accessory of the car. I had to call and King price and fight with them, only to find out they use another company that does scratch and Dent for them. They should review all claims approved and rejected by the companies they use. But at the end the claim was approved.
