King Price

<div>I'm insured with King Price since Sep 2021. I had my car evaluated prior to the inception of the policy as part of their requirements as it was a second hand vehicle.

Unfortunately I had an accident last week, I reported the matter to SAPS and to the insurance. I thought everything was going to go smoothly.

To my shock, I received a call from King Price that the damage on my vehicle are at the value of R450.00. Which is absolute nonsense as my bumper is dismantled, the vehicle is not starting, there are cables hanging from my vehicle. If the damage was R450.00 then what was the reason for me to call them. I could have fixed it myself. This is absolute *******. Either fix my car or write it off & pay me out. This is not rocket science. What is the point of having insurance when clients are being treated like idiots ????</div>
