On the 20/12/2021 an agent from king price called me to inform me on different options to reduce my excess amount, I requested him to call me the next day, then on the 21/12/2021 I received texts from king price that they have been trying to get hold of me,there were no missed calls on my phone.to my surprise king price debited my account and I noticed that my premium has increased, the agent who called me decided to make a decision for me and increased my premium without my consent. What I want now is for king price to do their investigations and listen to the conversation that I had with their agent and get back to me.I want them to refund me ASAP I don't like how they do things,they are unprofessional.
