I was called by a salesman by the name of Warren on 08/09/15 who offered me household and vehicle cover for R640.00. I said to him that I need to first go through all the terms and then make a decision. He said to me that they are strictly a telephonic insurance company and he cannot send me a quotation. He said I need to confirm the policy first and then receive a schedule, which I can go through. He insisted that I will lose the discounted premium if I do not confirm the policy now. I reluctantly agreed.<br> <br> The next day 09/09/15, I did not receive any schedule, so I called King Price to cancel. I was then given shocking information from the consultant. He informed me that I was deceived and given incorrect information from Warren. Warren sold me only 3rd party cover which is why the premium was so low.<br> <br> I therefore immediately called retentions again on 10/09/15 to cancel. I spoke to Jean-Pierre. He said that he will put through my cancellation immediately. I waited the entire day and nothing has transpired.<br> <br> This morning, 11/09/15, to my horror, I received an sms that my account was debited by King Price for R674.11.
