They did a quotation for my car, after few days, maybe three knowing very well I have cancelled my insured with my previous company they verify my information.
How do you do a quotation today and tomorrow you verify the information I gave you today, what can possible change overnight?
Little did I know that is their strategy to do quotation and write wrong information on your profile to give you cheap quotation and after call you and update your information and increase the insurance.
In my case the person who did my quotation listed me as a person that never had an ecident and durring the quotation he ask me many times to confirm this.
Then I am called by another person who is not even a supervisor if that gentleman who quoted me
When I say I gave him the right information, he must call me. I am told he will be disciplined internally. Does it add up?
