Last friday I had a problem my car suddenly died and I needed help, called the kings assist but didnt get no assistance at all. it was scary cos my policy could not be found but that was dealing with a different agent who didn't really feel like helping and I started to get abit worried thinking that I now need to find a new insurance company that will actually help when you need help. The next day I called King price ready to cancel my insurance and move onto a different insurer, however Amori Lemley was able to give me peace of mind again that with King price I was getting the best service and that there was a glitch in the system that prevented the agent at that time to find my details. I then told her what other insurance companies offered me and how I was ready to go with them instead. Amori looked at my policy and worked out a plan that was better then what the rest offered me. She gave me a better premium with a better access but with all the value added services I was currently loaded on. She was a total lifesaver. As we all know when dealing with car dealerships and insurance there's always a drama, but in this case I was happy that I got the deal I first thought I'd get. I must say that Amori Lemley really helped me out.
