I've had to make the decision to work less hours to be with my children and thus having to cut down on expenses. I contacted King Price and as always the agents are well spoken and understanding. As per procedure I had to wait for a senior and the agent proceeded to tell me it might be a while and as he saw I was using my mobile he offered to call me back so I wouldn't have to run out of airtime while waiting, so considerate. The wait was surprisingly short and I was put through to the senior account manager named Simon who was extremely friendly and empathetic from the word go. I was given options no other provider would have given me in my current situation which was refreshing and welcome after all the drama I have been having lately. Thank you Simon and all the agents for the #greatservice and especial providing ease of mind. Its nice to know all you have to do is call. Two thumbs up!
