Trying to obtain a quote from your Pretoria call centre ***. I was promised the quote in mail format earlier this morning. Person assisting speaks into the phone that I cannot clearly hear what is said/asked. Quote was not forwarded nor followed up on at all. Taking this economic circumstances of SA into account I would have thought a bit of more enthusiasm and interest in prospective clients. Also your quote honestly not living up to what you so widely advertise and say on television offer as "reduced/lessor" premium relating to the so called "chilli" offer. I am comparing you to SANTAM for example who also offer a reduced rate for amount of kilos travelled per month. I had to phone in and request quote to be forwarded. Come on guys you are not doing people who speak on behalf of KP on tv (KYKNET) any justice.
