Sales calls to the point of harassment

How can such an aggressive company with harassing marketing campaigns still be in business.

They call relentlessly, day and night.

I have explained that I am not interested, and they just continue calling.

I can only assume their products are of such poor quality that they need to trick/bully people into buying their products.

Avoid!

Hi Michael,

We work with several 3rd party marketing affiliates who utilise their own databases for this type of marketing. Please provide us with the number you received the contact on as well as the number it came from so we can investigate further.

Royal regards,

Dear Anonymous,

Given the context of harassment in the pursuit of King Price insurance sales, no direct contact details given, and your expectation that I should provide mine on this open platform, I find your response, 'interesting'.

Conversely, the number of your antagonistic supplier is +***.

Given that I do not experience harassment from your competitors, or anyone else really, perhaps you should vet your marketing affiliates a bit better instead of trying to throw them under the bus.

Regards,

Michael

Good day Micheal,

We recently contacted you about our products and services.

Regardless of where we got your details, and in line with our promise to always be real with you and our legal obligations… If you don’t want us to contact you, we won’t!

The good news is… We’ve added you to our ‘Don’t contact list, so you won’t be contacted by King Price directly in future. We’ve also instructed all our third party affiliates to remove all your details from their databases immediately.

Because we’ve got your back, we’d like to leave you with some kingly advice:
To ensure you don’t receive any further unsolicited marketing messages and calls from any other company, we advise you to register on the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA) national opt-out register. Click here to get started.

Remember, under Section 69 of the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013, traditional telephonic communication is excluded from the definition of ‘electronic communication’ and not prohibited.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

Royal regards,
The Kings Court
