Sad story

I was in an accident a week and half ago. They still processing my claim. Today i got a phone call saying that i didn't mention the gap between when i canceled my previous insurance and when i joined with them. I told the lady that i mention that i had a previous insurer and obviously i answered all the questions that was asked. She said that they might reject my claim because of that. It is really heartbreaking to hear that honestly. I mean i was quoted based on my answers. For me it feels like they just looking for a reason to reject my claim. They were so friendly when i joined but now its a struggle to get my claim approved just because of that.
