Rude, *********** consultant
After giving a great review for a KP consultant on 3 Feb 2021, I spoke to another the following day, Lehlohonolo, about the incorrect meter reading and premium that's been deducted from me. Lehlohonolo is so rude, *********** and condescending. I am still waiting for his manager to call me as he said he would, but 6 Feb I still haven't received the call. So disappointed, that after 4 years, this is what it's come to.
