Rude Consultants

Today I spoke to Ofentse Mtshweni with regards to canceling my policy with King Price. While we were busy with the conversation and I explained to them Numerous times that I would just like to cancel my policy they rudely just put the phone down mid our conversation and just canceled my policy. I think it is quite unprofessional and rude just to put the phone down while i was busy speaking to them. King Price Consultants need to look into a more professional ethic when they I working with their clients.
