Rude consultant that think its their mothers company

I have never felt so discriminated against like this.. King price from the start i never had any issues that was until i had to submit a claim where i was not at fault but the consultant Neil Van Loggerenberg I spoke to make me feel like a ******** and because of my race i was asked a question that i feel was inappropriate i am disgusted. I even withdrew my claim. he spoke to me like i am stupid...I dont want any excuses or calls apologizing for someone else. I will not allow anyone to speak to me like i am an idiot or judge me when it comes to my race
