Rude and unprofessional

Rodney Mahlangu is the assessor assigned to my claim. (CKP ********** ). He is rude and unprofessional and I request that another assessor be assigned to my case. He has threatened and accused me. He tried everything to upset me so I would make a mistake. He repeatedly asked leading questions and when I did not give the answers he wanted, he became rude and offensive. I put the phone down while he was speaking because I am not a ******** and I deserve to be treated with respect.
