RUDE AND ARROGANT SALES AGENTS AT KING PRICE

On the 02/11/2015, i received a call back Dumasani at 14:50pm regarding a quotation for insurance in response to the call me back service on the King Price website. He firstly asked me if i was insure and I confirmed yes and i am looking for cheaper insurance. He asked me who the insurer was and i advised him accordingly. He asked if it for my for my vehicles and i advised yes. He asked for me to give him both vehicles description at the same time and i did so. He then asked me how much i am paying and I asked him why must i disclose this because it has nothing to do with the quote and further to that why is it relevant unless you guys want to manipulate the premium meaning that if the system quotes a cheaper amount, i wont that the cheapest but maybe a premium 10% less that what i am paying for example. He was rude and told me that i am wasting his time and he started to talk over me and was very rude. i can't take his abuse and cut the call...if this company is so rude and unprofessional in performing a quotation...i wonder what will happen when a client wants to claim on his policy???....
