Extremely Poor Services! Do Not Recommend At All!

I have been requesting a callback as a registered user of King Price Insurance regarding a claim, but no one calls back. I have had an ongoing claim since October 2023, and we are now approaching 7 months since the claim began. Despite constant assurances from King Price Insurance that they have escalated the situation, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, my deposit for the car hire, amounting to almost R2000, has not been refunded.

After weeks of attempting to contact the claims department, when my call is finally answered, I am promised a callback, but no one follows through for weeks, or even months.

The level of service provided by such a large company is extremely disappointing, especially considering that I have insured multiple vehicles and property with King Price Insurance. It definitely feels like a ROYAL DISAPPOINTMENT!I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KING PRICE INSURANCE!
