I took out insurance with King Price based on information supp**** and when the policy arrived it did not correspond to the promises made telephonically. Despite numerous attempts to cancel the policy from April to now, it has still not been cancelled and deductions are still being made from my bank account. You never get confirmation that requests have been received and if you phone you are told that someone from the specific department will phone you back. This has not happened as I am still struggling to get this policy cancelled.
