<p>I would just like to acnowledge one of your staff members whom is by far the best service agent I have ever dealt with. <br />We suffered the unfortunate event of lightning striking our entertainment electronics and from the get go we knew claiming this time of the year would be difficult between all the public holidays and the consultants not being keen to work this time of year in the first place. We submitted our claim, quickly and easily and when we were contacted regarding assessors reports and what will be paid, we were not happy with the outcome provided. I asked to speak to a manager and was put through to Shaldon Harilal. This man is a life saver. He listened to my concerns and offered to relook at the case. He responded speedily with a solution and kept contact via phone and email through the entire process to make sure we were up to date with the progress of our claim. Before we knew it we were back in business and able to receive replacement goods. He is by far the star of King price insurance and based purely on our interaction with him, I would encourage others to insure with King Price because we really did receive " Royal service".
