I phoned to ask about lowering my excess amount of R4500. I spoke to Celeste Ryan and she offered me a fantastic premium with a zero excess. Service was excellent and friendly and I was impressed that they actually cared about their customers. Service like that is not found anywhere else anymore in this country. Royal service indeed from Celeste and King Price!
