Royal Promises and no action
Horrible experience, first claim was delayed now I'm waiting for feedback for my excess money for an accident where somebody rear ended me. Same feedback for the past few weeks now they are just not delivering Royal service as they advertised. I requested feedback this morning still waiting. Make sure you don't ever deal with this guy Dinos Kaparos as he is all promises and no action.

As discussed with you, we unfortunately cannot be held liable for the duration of time it takes for the sheriff of the court to serve the summons. We further advise that an excess recovery is a legal process and the process in question can be a lengthy one. Rest assured we are regularly following up on the matter.
